Who is Mr. Ping?

Mr. Ping started out as a humble lover of food. He began passionately pursuing cooking when he was twelve, after he fell in love with the idea of making food others enjoyed. 20 years later, now a master chef of Asian cuisine, Mr. Ping has proven himself as a true food connoisseur by dedicating his life to his craft and bringing joy to the lives of millions through his dishes. Mr. Ping was a 2006 James Beard Foundation Award Winner Outstanding Chef, and went on to win on the Chopped show in 2009. Since 2000, Mr. Ping has won over 50 national awards that recognized his cooking. Rordan Gamsay, a popular celebrity chef, allegedly praised Mr. Ping’s skill and invited Mr. Ping to become a chef at one of his 5-star restaurants. Mr. Ping, however, politely declined in favor of following his real dream: to create his own food delivery service. Thus, Mr. Ping’s Noodles was born.

 

Who makes the recipes?

Mr. Ping is the creator of all recipes. He has studied from noodle masters all over Asia and has created his own unique styles of noodles while still maintaining the general flavor and style of traditional noodles. Mr. Ping has branched out to many different cultures in order to expand his knowledge and come up with new and interesting ideas for recipes.

 

Who cooks the food?

Mr. Ping and his team of highly-trained chefs. Each chef has been a long term apprentice under Mr. Ping. There are chefs at all kitchen sites, and all collaborate with Mr. Ping to come up with new dishes and recipes.

Membership and Plans

How can I sign up for a plan?

Visit the subscription page to choose a plan and sign up.

Can I cancel at any time?

The subscription works on a weekly basis and can be cancelled at anytime.

What plans are there?

There are three plans: single, couples, and family. Couples meals feed two and family meals feed four or more. Additionally, you can select vegetarian and vegan options when planning a subscription.

Recipes and Ingredients

Where are the ingredients from?

We partner with local farmers to obtain all of our ingredients. It is a mutually beneficial relationship; we support local farmers while they provide us with fresh, healthy ingredients for us to make delicious, nutritious food for you! Our farmers are strictly against the use of pesticides, herbicides, and excessively genetically modified organisms. They use environment friendly methods of growing crops, including but not limited to smart water conservation, organic fertilizers, and frequent crop rotation.

 

Are your products gluten free?

All of our products are gluten free! If you have any other special dietary concerns, feel free to contact us.
 

I’m allergic to _____. How do I know if this dish has _____?

Our dishes tend to avoid common allergies such as tree nuts. However, since each dish can be created with a variety of ingredients, customers have full control over what goes into their food and what doesn’t. If there is any doubt at all of whether a dish contains food with allergens, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our phone number or our Contact Us tab.

Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The food will take at most 30 minutes to prepare and anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes to deliver, depending on the proximity to one of our kitchens.

 

What if my order arrives late?

We guarantee that your order will arrive no later than one hour after your order has been placed. However, if the order does arrive late for any reason, we will give a full refund for your meal.

 

Can you deliver to my school/office/workplace/apartment?

Of course! During the single order process make sure you note additional comments such as apartment number, office floor, or more specific instructions to help us deliver your meal to you!

Our main headquarters is located right in the heart of Cypress, Texas. We have 2 other satellite kitchen sites around Houston to better serve our customers and to ensure speedy delivery.
